The storyline of Front Mission 4 is a turn-based strategy game, and it alternates between the two separate theaters of operation known as Elsa and Darril. Darryl, and those like him in the demoralized UCS military, may perceive this as an opportunity… They quickly learned that the plane had been transporting some of Diaz’s gold as they headed out to investigate. Darril and the other members of his patrol are out on a routine mission when they see a cargo jet being shot down. UCS Forces have been dispatched there to reestablish order and remove Governor Diaz. In the meantime, the government of Venezuela is actively working toward achieving independence from the United Continental States (UCS). Elsa, a youthful new member at the Durandal, finds herself quickly embroiled in a conspiracy that involves multiple countries.
To conduct an investigation, it has been decided to dispatch the “Durandal” arm of the EC Armor Tactics Research Corps.
